This industry-leading protection plan includes:
- Full replacement* or repair of defective units, parts, or accessories
- No exclusions for user error or wear and tear
- Simple claim process through ACTEON’s Repair Department
* To be considered for replacement, all products must be physically sent to the Acteon Customer Care department. Over-the-phone product replacements will not be provided. All warranty claims must be processed through the Repair Department for evaluation and resolution. Tips, wrenches, and autoclavable boxes not included.
